Leslie is great because you can go at your own speed and change movements if a joint doesn't want to make that particular move. Leslie is a great motivator and I am so thankful a friend gave me my first DVD 3 yrs ago. I enjoy walking outside weather permitting but so glad I have Leslie when time or weather won't allow outdoor walking!

Hi SHOPAHOLIC. Happy New Year! I note that you have set up your SparkPage. Are you aware that you could have re-open your previous SparkPage? It appears you are well versed on how SP works. If you should need any help, please let us no and we will respond based on the support you need. We look forward to our mutual support.

On a monthly basis (then daily), everyone is asked to log in their miles walked and whether it was with LS or on your own. They have not put January out yet, but you can review December's Mile Challenge.

Also, have you given any thought to including Pilates in your fitness goals? We are located at Pilates Lovers. Give us a visit.

Hello! Just joined back up with SP last night - time to start making some changes in my lifestyle! I've been a big Leslie fan for years and I broke out the DVD's this morning. Started slow, just one mile, but at least I did it. I've got a bum hip so need to take it slow and see just what I can do and not do with it.
