I am Kathryn from Bedford, TX. I started with Spark last November but didn't really get my butt in gear diet-wise until the end of March this year....Dilly-Dallied with that until August 1st this year and got serious with logging meals, walking and aerobics....Surprise Surprise! You really DO lose weight when you eat less and exercise more just like my Doc said I would...LOL
Shoot for progress not perfection...
