Hello and welcome to the team!
Always leave enough room in your LIFE to do something that makes you happy, satisfied or even joyous.

Hello and Welcome Renee!! Hope you soon feel at home in Houston and on SP. Have you looked to see if there is a Houston Team? You might meet some SP friends face to face that way. Meet at a common place at first, of course! (Mall, coffee shop, not anywhere alone or secluded.)
Congrats for setting small goals for yourself. They are more managable.
Remember slow and steady wins the race! We didn't gain this weight over night and we aren't going to drop it over night either.
Join some teams of common interests and hobbies, you will make friends and then when you hit snags on this healthy life style journey you will have trusted friends to ask. Explore the SP site. There is so much to offer and so many things to learn. Don't hesitate to ask if you want something and can't find it.
Blessings on your journey!
Hello and Welcome! It's smart to break down your ultimate goal into smaller, more manageable goals so you get to celebrate success more frequently to keep you motivated =)
