I forget to eat, but once I start watch out. I am getting ready to fix supper and all I have had today is coffee and water. I never realized until just a little bit ago that I hadn't eaten, I have been busy both mentally and physically.

Still can't believe what I had for breakfast today but it was not bad and really not too bad calorie wise when I added it up on SP.

Peanut butter and banana sandwich fried like a grilled cheese sandwich with maple butter (like honey butter but made with real maple syrup).
Coffee with creamer and sugar.
Not an every day fair but not bad once in awhile! ;-)

It's hard for me to choke down anything solid until mid-morning so learning to make and drink a protein smoothy has been a godsend for me. If that is impossible....Greek yogurt with Nature Valley protein granola can sometime work.

I know the traditional most important meal of the day is supposed to b breakfast. For breakfast I drink so much coffee to get me movin I can't eat much. So I add chocolate protein powder to my coffee n ill have a fruit. Afterwards I will do my xercise then post fitness is lunch. Lunch is the most important meal for me. I eat a pretty big healthy lunch to make up the energy I used for my workout n to fill me up so I don't eat so much at supper or late snack.
