My name is Vikki and I am new to the team. I am a mother of two and married. I am currently attending college full-time. I picked up most of my weight after my last child. I have to admit that I allowed myself to get a bit lazy. Most of my life, I have been in my normal weight range, but after having the children I began to neglect me, and I spent most of my time taking care of everyone else but myself. I decided last year that I would make changes when I was told that I had high blood pressure. I have dropped 16lbs. since then and I am no longer taking blood pressure medicine. I have decided that there would be no more obstacles or excuses. I purchased Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds last year, and began making it apart of my exercise routine. I recently purchased about a month ago the Leslie Sansone's 7DVD Super Walk dvd set with boost cables, and I have been working out 7 days a week at 4 miles a day. I have made dietary changes as well.
I joined this team, because I know that its very encouraging to hear from other individuals whom are striving to make changes as well, and I would like to share my weight loss journey with you all, and be there with you all as you continue yours.
