Welcome Chelsee! Getting connected with teams is the best motivation. Start to make changes slowly and keep building on those new habits. It is slow but do it steadily and it will come off and stay off. Slow and steady wins the race and builds habits that will help you keep it off!

Hi everyone i have been a member here for some years and over the years I have lost but was really never involved with SparkPeople. Since I have gained I have decided to get serious and join and participate. I love doing Leslie. I just so happy to have found this group so thanks for letting say hello.

Rant: I just gotta get myself together this weight is not fun anymore I must comply and do it 1,2,3,4 or even 5 miles it can be done. I have to and I must recommit to this program.

I will be re doing my profile. I have to loose just a little under 100lbs my short term right now is to loose 58 but if you have any extra advise please do share thanks. I just so over this fat right now just over it! I want to get me back!
