Hi everyone i have been a member here for some years and over the years I have lost but was really never involved with SparkPeople. Since I have gained I have decided to get serious and join and participate. I love doing Leslie. I just so happy to have found this group so thanks for letting say hello.
Rant: I just gotta get myself together this weight is not fun anymore I must comply and do it 1,2,3,4 or even 5 miles it can be done. I have to and I must recommit to this program.
I will be re doing my profile. I have to loose just a little under 100lbs my short term right now is to loose 58 but if you have any extra advise please do share thanks. I just so over this fat right now just over it! I want to get me back!
