Hello! I'm a new member to the team. My name is Yvonne and I joined this team to start back on the Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds. When I learned that I have high blood pressure, I knew it was time for me to get up and move more and watch the foods that I eat.Because the weight that I put on was effecting my back and feet . I've just started the 3 mile walk and let me tell you, I feel good. I hope to get to a healthy weight by the summer of 2012, It will take time I know, but I will get there.
