Hey there I usually do 3-5 miles today I did 2
1 express and 1 cardio walk I found on excercise tv
But worked out over 30 minutes total today
Doing spring challenge too!!

I, too, try to get in 2 - 4 miles 6/7 days of the week.
It certainly feels good when I'm done!
