I love walking with Leslie,I walk with her this morning,and also do some jogging too, and the water was dripping of me,I also use two 5 pounds while walking, it feels good,keep walking emoticon emoticon emoticon

Living a Healthy and Active Life style, Reach my Goal and very Happy with my Body,my eating habits,Fresh Fruits, Lot's of Green vegetables,drink 8 To 10 glasses of water daily.

I agree walking with a Leslie Sansone DVD gives me a much better workout than just walking. I am doing both. Some days I do her 2 mile walk and others when I walk outside I will do her 1 mile walk too. My mini trampoline DVD with Mia Finnegan is even better than the 2 mile walk DVD with Leslie. I need to start doing that one again too!

I agree about WATP being a good cardio workout and, according to Spark's fitness page, the calories burned are a lot more than "just" walking, at least at my weight.

God I had joined the team some days back but was yet to act on it. today I did 15 min video that covered 1 miles and i am euphoric. I have sweated and my heart rate was 150 . Can u imagine i was not able to achieve it on treadmill waliking for 20 mins for all these days. I am fan emoticon
