Hey all,
My name is Janelle, I am new to Spark People. I recently quit my job to spend more time at home with my son. I have also decided that the weight I have gradually put on over the 15 years needs to come off. I want to be around for my son as he gets older, and, as a slightly older mother (I am 40 and my son is 3), I need to do something now. Excited to join this group.
