I am a stay at home mom of three great kids. They are getting a little older, in school, which means I can go exercise much easier than I used to. I was in maintenance mode, but weight has crept back on over the past year and its time I get serious about it. I know that spark people can be a great tool, I've been around awhile, but I probably need to be be more dedicated and have more interaction on the site to get me back here on a daily basis. Just wanted to take the time out and tell everyone hi. This is my first time in this team but not on SparkPeople. I am full time mom of 5, and it can be very stressful at times, but very enjoyable. I have packed on a lot of weight since my last pregnancy and have not been able to shed that weight. Maybe a couple of pounds here and there, but nothing major. Well, I am here to share some thoughts and to receive some motivation.
