Hi I am a stay at home mom of twins. I am also a vegetarian and can't seem to stop eating snack foods, with and without the kids. I need help getting motivated to eat right. I get exercise at least 5 times a week when the kids nap. I just can't stay away from the snacks or a lot of starchy foods. I feel depressed and awful most days but I also feel like I have absolutely no control over my issue. Does anyone have any advice for me?
