Hey Auraine051! If you need any help or tips, feel free to ask all of us here at Just Do It! I like your technique of setting these small goals. I am doing the same right now and currently have all my goals written down on a white board above my desk at home. Really helps prioritize my time and fits things in my hectic schedule with ease. If you give it a try it might help with your scheduling!

The first step in achieving your goal, is to take a moment to respect your goal. Know what it means to you to achieve it.

I know this is the right place for me. I have been having a hard time lossing the weight the last few weeks. I go to work and come home and go back to work. I work the night shift and sleep during the day. But some time is hard to sleep 8 hour my mind just wont let me. I feel as if there is nobody I can talk to about the problems I am having.. I have a roommate who like to eat the wrong things in front of me and that is just wrong. But she buys the food for the house each week and Its hard to get her to buy the right food. I have tryed to talk to her and she still wont buy the right foods some times it is junk food. Now, I think I will buy the food so I can loss the weight. I am trying to set goals for myself and work out more if it is just 10min a day. I can walk at work.
Thank You for being there. Auraine051
