Thank you for sending email out for me...

So far on my own I have been going to aqua swim for three days a week and at least one hour a day for a walk. I have a ton of weight to loose so I am trying. Last summer I was only able to walk 15 min a day due to a blood clot in my leg. So doing much better I think. I find myself easy to stay on track when I have support.
