Well well well, look whos eating clean!
Girl, I'm all over eating clean. I have made enormous progress over the last two months in my lifestyle by changing up to this mindset.
By simply eating more fruit, more low carb fruits(anything but banana, grapes and pears), I've reduced my overall fat percentage by nearly 8%.
I also don't eat processed foods much IF ANY... I'm label conscious (fewer ingredients the better) and I love olive oil and any soy product minus all the sodium crap and cane and added sugars.
