Welcome Jump888! I am not educated on T-levels and such, but enjoy good clean eating! Maybe in time I can learn more of the intricacies of how what I eat affects my body chemistry.

So glad you are here and hope we can learn from each other.

Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.

SW: 275-276 Ht. 5'6"
GW: 135 (goal range: 130-140)
CW: WAS 124.7 NOW: 143.5
My focus is health AND fitness! And LOSING 10 lbs. again!

I was vegan for years. Now eating chicken and fish. Sometimes I will eat steak as I've been lifting heavy for nearly a year and want to support my dwindling T-levels and increase hypertrophy. We eat organic whenever possible. I go to the gym daily now, do windsprints once a week to get a natural HGH level boost.
