Hello! I just joined SparkPeople. I've been losing weight for two months now, my starting weight being 170 and my current weight being 155. I've done this by cutting calories, but I really want to start to make more healthy choices.
I've never been a clean eater, but I am familiar with the concept. It is something I definitely would like to transition into, because I know how big of a difference it would make to improve my fitness levels. But, I am a big fan of junk food, so I will probably need a ton of help. Haha nice to meet you all :]
