hi tami! i do the same thing too i will go for a whole week grabbing for the same snack for foods. i do try to shake things up a bit. i'm a big fan of an apple and almonds. or banana and pistachios. i read once that it is good to have 2 flavors and textures for a snack to make it more satisfying.
some times for a snack i have a italian quinoa salad with tomato, garlic, fresh basil & olive oil those types of salad also helps me out for sides for other meals.
who says a snack can only be carrot sticks or a pc of fruit!
bummer on the milk allergy. do you eat soy milk/cheese products?
