Hi, Tawanna! Just a few quick things 'cause I'm working tonight. Muscle weighs more than fat. Are you losing inches? That counts big time. And, are you keeping track of EVERYTHING you eat? You've GOT to keep track of how many calories you're putting into your body or you won't know how much you're really eating. A couple of cups of coffee a day with milk and sugar, OVER what I should be eating, will blow my weight loss. I personally need to stick to 1,200 calories per day or I won't lose any weight and the only way I know how many calories I'm eating is by using the SparkPeople calorie counter. Hi im new to SP and im trying to drop 25ibs. I just had my 3rd kid just over a year ago and im trying to drop the weight. I currently have a gym membership and workout 3x a week at the gym and the rest of the days at home. I have no idea what im doing wrong but i only dropped 5 pounds and we've been going to the gym for months now. Honestly im about to give up. Im suppose to get in a brides maid dress in Oct but Im not comfortable. I would like to know what im doing wrong, why isnt the pounds coming off???
