I joined SparkPeople earlier in the year and have enjoyed the articles and recipes the site emails me. Now that I've reached my goal weight and I'm transitioning into maintenance, I'm moving my daily food and fitness diary to this site. I especially like the daily nutrition report I can pull up at the end of the day.
I've been eating clean since February and plan to continue. It's amazing how much better I felt after I stopped eating processed foods!
