We have a pretty good team here, and there are lots of tips going around. I head up the two-week challenge threads you'll see under the discussions board. You can jump into any of them at anytime-they are always ongoing, and intended to build on each other. We started with food journalling to identify what habits/foods might need some adjustment. Now we're on the second challenge, which is to add clean protein in with each meal to allow for a more stable blood sugar. Some of us have also added fish oil into our daily regimen, as well as multi's to make sure we are getting all the vitamins and minerals needed. Even though it's ideal to get everything you need from food, we can't always do this right away because we may not be ready to totally scrap everything and be perfect over night. So, we do it in baby steps..."leaning" into health vs. trying to change too much too soon.
