Wecome! You picked a great team-we have several here who are active. Consider joining us for our 2-week challenges. We are food journalling this week through Sunday, with the intention of ONLY looking at how we are currently eating. Observation is the first step, and we're are looking at what we eat, when we eat it, how we feel, etc. and with no judgement or guilt. Hello everyone! I joined the team to get some more knowledge on eating clean! I choose this team because it looked like the most active. I am currently not eating clean, but I am more then ready to jump on board. I am currently trying to cut white pasta out of my diet this week! I am looking for tips on how to switch over to clean! I'm still not sure on everything about eating clean, like what I can eat and what I can't. It is just a big step to go right into eating clean, which is why I am looking for some helpful tips plus some good recipes. Hope this team will be successful for me!!
