Well, welcome to the site. If you stick with it, you'll find lots good information on it, support, and fun things to do. The most useful thing on the site for me on my weight loss journey has been the "nutrition calculator". The 28 Day Boot Camp is a great exercise program, especially if you're out of shape. It will ease you into an exercise program. Good Luck. emoticon

Hi- iI just happened to click on this website am thought it looked inspiring. Hoping to drop some serious pounds and get healthy. I was always thin as a kid and teen but not since my early adult years. Looking for good recipes and inspiration!
