Hi Jen, welcome to the team. I hear you about the portion control and the scales. I hate both and use neither. You may want to look at a low-carb eating style of all natural foods where you only count carbs and can eat as much as you want. You may find that some of what you think is emotional eating is actually hunger. At least that was true for me. Cheers, Birgit
