Wow! You have your hands full with four little ones, I can only imagine that getting you all fed is quite a task.
When my kids were younger I used to do a lot of portioning of their snacks, and found that when I did that for myself too, it helped a lot.
You can do it with fruits, veggies, pretzels, and any nuts you and your kids enjoy.
It's only a small step in the right direction, but it might help to get you started?
