Hi everyone! I'm Amanda and have been on Spark for just over six months now. My husband and I have always been pretty good about clean eating (for the most part, maybe 75% of the time), making meals from scratch, using whole ingredients, etc. Recently, though, after reading a couple of Michael Pollan's books, I've become much more aware of clean eating and how important it is to your health, both physical and mental. I've added a lot more fruits and veggies to my diet and I pay much more attention to ingredient labels than I used to. We are not yet completely clean in our diets, but we're trying to get there slowly (so that the change is sustainable rather than something that will crash after a few painful weeks). I'm looking forward to getting to know this team!
