Hi I am am new to the Clean Eating program. I am committed to trying to eat healthy. This is a lifestyle I want. I have eaten healthy in the past, but let the stress at work get the best of me and eat all kinds of junk. Time to get back with the program and follow the Clean Eating principles. I know I can do this. I love to cook, so it is time to develop clean recipes for some of my favorite recipes . I want to lose approximately 71 pounds, but am not going to get stuck on the numbers. I have also started walking again and am going back to weight training that I had great success with in the past. Healthy Weight and Body wishes to all.
