Having PCOS, hypothyroidism and infertility struggles have brought me to clean eating. With these diseases I have to constantly monitor my cholesterol and triglyceride levels. So I'm here trying this. It's going to be difficult, I've such a sweet tooth and also need to explore more veggies since I'm ususally not a fan, but I am growing into them. :)
Can someone tell me the principles of eating clean?
