Hi everyone, I have been having a hard time with my wieght for a while, I was SP member for a year but I lost interest for a while as well. I am back, motivated and hopefully I while reach my goal soon. I enjoy eating healthy but it is hard when your spouce is a junky eater. Hope I learn tricks, tips and ways to convert him to make both our lifestyle and eating habbits better.
