Thank you everyone for the warm welcome! I used to be in decent shape about 9 months ago, but I got lazy, complacent, and older (haha) so now I will say I'm sitting at about 30-35% bodyfat. (an increase of about 7%) I'm not happy with the easy my body looks and feels, inside and out and am hoping changing my diet will be a step in the right direction.

If you haven't heard - a healthy lifestyle is 10% exercise and 90% clean eating. What you put in your body makes a big difference with how you appear on the outside. Once you give clean eating a try - you start to feel so good that you don't want to go back to the old way of eating.
Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone has any advice for someone brand new to clean eating. I am 25, medically retired army staff sergeant, 5'8, 175 lbs. I have tried other diets and I've decided that a complete lifestyle change is in order. I've never been successful with diets, mainly because of how restricted and boring they are. Also, I'm looking for an exiting exercise program that will challenge me, and possibly like-minded people who are willing to take this journey with me... (i need someone to help keep me accountable! Lol) thanks and have a fantastic day!
