I've been good and "bad" with this eating clean thing. I've made great strides! I've been packing my lunch everyday! And it's all clean, delicious food! Breakfast is clean, too. I'm drinking all my water. The trouble is dinner. Some nights no problem.....perfect. Other nights.....well, let's not talk about those....well, I should....having troubles. I'm getting there. I did just pick up Tosca's book from the library. Hoping for some inspiration and ideas. I am improving everyday. I have come a long way. I will keep trying! Thanks Spark Friends! K~

I've made a great start..... Yesterday I packed my lunch with all CLEAN food....but also yesterday....drumroll, please, I ate clean for the ENTIRE day! Not once did I cheat on ME! It was a perfect day in so many ways! I also packed my lunch last night for today! Planning ahead! Yesterday I started the 10 minute exercise challenge! I also drank 9 cups of water. I was so on fire yesterday.....(maybe that's why I needed the water....hahaha!) I did it I did it! C'mon day 2! I know I can do it because I've done it and it wasn't hard....ok...getting started on that exercise was a little hard....busting through my excuses...I needed a little pep talk but I worked through that, too. I'm a new woman today!
