Welcome. When you travel look for real food such as salad, potato (baked and preferably sweet potato), grilled veggies, or fish are good items to go with. If it is breakfast go for oatmeal, eggs, yogurt....don't feel rushed to order. Take your time and find what will work for you. The waitress or waiter is there for you so ask questions. If they don't want to help you then either go somewhere else or don't leave a good tip. Just my take on the eating out clean.

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. I am new to the clean eating team. I try my best currently too eat as clean as I can but want to get better. Also, I will be traveling soon and would like to know the best way to still eat clean while visiting family, friends that do not and going out to dinners.
