Tosca's books as well as the produce from a CSA are great additions to your clean eating plan! I'm also an advocate of the book "The Thrive Diet" by Brendan Brazier. I follow a lot of his tips and recipes, and they make me feel better than I ever have (ie. I've got energy out the wah-zoo!). Anyway, that's my two cents. Good luck with your journey!

I'm new to the team, but not completely new to clean eating, and I look forward to making friends with the like-minded people in this group. I have Tosca's books and just recently bought other new books on the subject, "Clean Food" and "Clean Start", being two of them. I also belong to a CSA so I get fresh, local, and organic vegetables for much of the year. I hope that you will introduce yourselves. Also, I would like to encourage you to send me a Sparkmail a or post of something that you would like me to know about the group, or about clean eating. I look forward to your tips and suggestions.
