Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. Hi, this is Erin. I've been "eating clean" about 80% of the time, all my life. The other 20% is reserved for those occasions when I can't resist baking or cooking something "sinful" but even then, the ingredients are all or mostly whole foods. I've never been a fast-food, junk-food, soda-pop person...I can make tasty snacks myself, lol Good to meet you!
