Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

I am so excited to find an Eating Clean team on SP. I am a huge fan of Tosca Reno's books and I'm a loyal subscriber of her husband's magazine "Oxygen." This is such a great resource to learn about eat-clean recipes and tweaking your workout routine with in-depth articles. I am starting this New Year as an Eat-Clean year and am looking forward to learning more about it as the months progress. My goal is to not only lose 30 pounds, but to adopt a lifetime of healthy, clean eating and maintaining a realistic active lifestyle.
I look forward to getting to know my team members.
