How to eliminate artificial foods from your diet? My recommendation is to read the labels. The more of the labels you read, the more you will learn which ones are filled with artificial ingredients. When you are not sure - stick with fresh fruits and vegetables and you can't go wrong :)

Hi everyone. I am looking for more information on eliminating artificial ingredients from my diet. I've recently given up instant oatmeal, flavored yogurts (eating plain organic greek yogurt now), coffee creamer, and all Fiber One products. Looking for ways to eliminate other fake foods as well. I'm hoping to find new ideas from this team, so feel free to offer up any info that you may have!
