Hi -
I am new to "clean eating" beginning only 2 days ago. These 2 days have been successful. However, I have a lot to learn and, mostly, a lot of organization to accomplish to make this routine rather than a chore. I have been reading Rachel Cosgrove's "The Female Body Breakthrough" which is a book that includes a nutrition guide and strength-training plan. The nutrition guidelines are what I would call clean eating. This book has inspired me to get going before it is too late!! Thanks for any and all encouragement and help along the way. I want to lose 100 pounds in this journey....be it fast or slow.
