Good morning everyone. I am a 42 year old Mom who recently had the pleasure of discovering Tosca's books. What started as one book has grown into 4 and a magazine subrscription. I love the common sense approach to a healthy clean way of life and have always enjoyed weight training. I need to refocus on both these things to lose my last 10 pounds and be the woman that I want to be.
