Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they're terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

I'm so glad I found this group. I actually blogged about this topic and had no idea there was a group out there! I'm trying so hard to go clean with eating....I'm so sick of all the junk that is put into food that doesn't necessarily have to be in there. A few years ago I cut out all hydrogenated oils and no high fructose corn syrup. Really trying to eat w/out a long list of preservatives. I'm angry at the amount of food I give my family that has ingredients I can't pronounce...so I'm moving to clean eating :-)
