Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. Hi All!

Been a member of SP since January 2010 but I've been working out consistently ever since college (circa 2003). Looking to eat better and I bought Tosca's book last year. Lots of good info, just a little difficult to put into practice without 100% dedication. So here I am! I'm making my birthday and Christmas list for the hubs and a subscription to the Eating Clean magazine as well as Tosca's cookbook in addition to other items (food scale, etc.) are on there too. Looking forward to interacting with all of you. Let's do this!
