I picked up Tosca's book the other day and slowly working my way through it! I've decided to make the switch to Clean Eating whole heartedly and can't wait! The only things that I had today that were technically processed was the Arnold Wheat sandwich roll for my avocado and tomato sandwich, the yoplait light vanilla yogurt, and my small handful of ritz munchables! So starting out slow...I think I did wonderful on everything today except for my Ritz but it still budgeted into my calories so I'm not going to dwell on it!
I can't wait to join in on conversations and topics here and learn all there is to clean eating! Once I get through the Recharged book I was thinking about purchasing one of her recipe books!
