Hi! I just finished my first week of SparkPeople and I'm so excited! I've already lost a few pounds in this short time. I've started eating right before and did not succeed, but why can't I start again? I really want to be back where i was only 5 years ago. In those last 5 years 60lbs have crept up on me and I am ready to get rid of them! I just went through my closet and got rid of most of the skinny clothes that have been lying around for years because they remind me that I've never been able to get down to them, so guess what? I'll just buy new clothes! I know that when I was skinny I was living a very active lifestyle...so I'll just have to get active again! I'm so glad to be here on SparkPeople.com!!
