Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they're terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul
I'm Theresa, SAHM of 2 teens, wife of 19 years, and fairly new to SP.
I recently went to homeopathic doctor to get my eating, hormones, etc under control. She is a proponent of eating clean, although she didn't call it that. By researching I came across Tosca's books and fell in love!
I bought the recharged book and the first cookbook. The family is coming along and I'm doing some things they don't even know about like adding flax to things... tonight I made spaghetti with spaghetti squash! It went over well, my son went back for seconds. Daughter is all into this and hubby's just along for the ride.
So excited to find this group!!!
