Hi everyone. I'm new to your team although not to clean eating. When Tosca's first book came out, I read it and followed it. The weight effortlessly dropped off and in all the right places (exercise makes me lose from the hips down, my problem is my waist up). The problem was that at the time I viewed clean eating as a 'diet' and once the weight started to drop I slacked off, giving up entirely.
I'm now ready to make a lifestyle change. Not only to lose weight but for my health too. I don't have any real health problems yet, but I can tell by the way I feel all the time that I will have them if I keep on the course I'm on now. DH will benefit healthwise as well.
I'm happy to have joined your team as I am always looking for tips and meal ideas to keep me from getting bored. And since I am the only person I know that is moving in this direction, it will be great to have some folks to chat with too.
