I'm still waiting for my subscription... I went to get a copy at the grocery store (I made a SPECIAL trip) and they still have the LAST issue on the stand! OMG! I saw the new issue at the Clean Eating website... can't wait to read it!
I plan on making the Pork Fajita casserole this week. Oh, I will also be making the Black Bean, Avocado and Chicken Wrap. I will let you know how they turn out!

Every recipe I've tried, from the magazine or the cookbook, has turned out well. I'm not a very experienced cook, so that should be an indication of how easy the directions are to follow!

BTW - You can purchase a subscription to Clean Eating at www.cleaneatingmag.com. I made the Chicken Coconut soup today - AWESOME!! Highly recommend it. I'm going to try the pancakes next - they sound good (glad to hear the good reviews too!)

Its relatively new, so its not available everywhere yet. People have mentioned Walmart and some grocery stores. I've found it pretty much anywhere with a large magazine selection - newsstands, Barnes & Noble, that sort of thing.
For those who decide to subscribe, I'll warn you that they're not too organized yet. It took a while for my subscription to start up and I've heard the same from others here. I just finally got my first issue sent to me and it came about a week after it hit the newsstands. However, you can buy every back issue from them and each issue is packed with wonderful recipes, many of which can be made with things you have on hand, if you've followed Tosca's recommendations in the cookbook and stocked up on staples. I love finding a new recipe and realizing that I have all of the ingredients, or maybe all but one, already.

I've found it at WalMart and grocery stores. I just looked at Super Target this morning and didn't see it there. Great magazine!

I want to make both cupcakes - from the cover and the back page, the pancakes, the black bean, avocado, and chicken wraps, the red pepper tabouli... As always, a long list!
