I second the egg whites!
This morning I had a slice of ezekial toast with egg whites, 1/2 cup of fat free yogurt with flaxseed, wheat germ and blueberries.
Sometimes I skip the toast and yogurt and have cream of wheat or ezekial cereal with all of the goodies (faxseed and wheat germ) added and egg whites of course.
I also brought egg whites for one of my meals today. I cooked them this morning, and packed a whole wheat tortilla to put them in later.
Oh yeah...gotta have hot sauce on my egg whites! yum.

I always have walnuts in my oatmeal - love those walnuts!

On hungry morning I have egg white in addition.

I have egg whites every morning too. If I don't I'm starving by 9 am. Good luck on your journey!

I usually have what were planning plus 3 egg whites. I eat more protein in the day to bring the level up to where I like it.

I like to mix cottage cheese with yogurt, chopped walnuts, ground flax seed and wheat germ.

Sometimes I make mini quiches with veggies such as spinach and tomato, then I can take them to work.

My name is Ali. I am 24 years old and tired of losing and gaining weight. I found The eat clean diet on book tues and read it. I found it very interesting. I am going to try and start eating Clean startin Feb 1 which is tomorrow. I was planning on having oatmeal with some flaxseed tomorrow with a cup of berries that I am going to thaw. I was also going to have a cup of skim milk for breakfast. I was going to add stevia since I need a little bit of sweetness to my oatmeal. I am just wondering for breakfast is that good or should I be having more protein? Like for snacks I was going to have some fruit a fat free cottage cheese. I haven;t planned my day tomorrow but I was going to try and plan the rest of the week tomorrow. Can anyone help with breakfast ideas??
