Welcome! I'm new to clean eating too; I've been at it a week and man do I feel great! Like you, I was already eating a pretty good diet, by most people's standards, but I wasn't eating "clean." My main goal this week was to minimize fake sugar in my diet. I've eliminated soda and reduced the amount of artificial sweetners to 1/3 of what I was using before. This small change has made a huge impact on the way I feel.
I'm looking forward to continuing toward better health with this group. Best of luck to you.

Hi Clean Eaters! I'm Andrea, 28. I joined Spark in November after losing about 8 pounds on my own....so far nearly 20 down and I'm ready to add eating clean to my lifestyle. I've learned since buying the book today that the main adjustments I'm going to be making are eating more frequently and adding some new ingredients (wheat germ, flaxseed, bee pollen and such) to my daily intake as I already eat most of the staples and typically avoid processed/sugary foods. Excited to get started and to have a team of fellow clean eaters!
