Hi Clean Eaters!
I'm Andrea, 28. I joined Spark in November after losing about 8 pounds on my own....so far nearly 20 down and I'm ready to add eating clean to my lifestyle. I've learned since buying the book today that the main adjustments I'm going to be making are eating more frequently and adding some new ingredients (wheat germ, flaxseed, bee pollen and such) to my daily intake as I already eat most of the staples and typically avoid processed/sugary foods.
Excited to get started and to have a team of fellow clean eaters!
