Hi everyone, my name is Cori (30) and I have 2 young/cute kids..Kayla 2.5yrs. and Zachary 10wks. whom I stay at home with... anyhoo, I just bought Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet book and have already read it.. Great...which got me thinking, if she can do it then anybody can with just healthier foods, instead of doing the pre-packaged meals that I've tried and couldn't keep it up...Nutri--- you know the rest...I joined a gym almost 3 weeks ago and I'm starting to feel great inside and out.. I still need a little bit more sleep since I am nursing a 10 week old baby... I still unfortunately cheat, but surely taking it nice and slow.. When I go to the grocery store, I try to avoid the middle aisles but when you have a husband who can't live with out crap then what can you do... I'm going to need all the help and inspirations I can get by reading y'alls posts. and FYI about last Friday, we went out to a hamburger joint cause I was craving a little cheeseburger and onion rings and a milkshake (total junk, I know) and let me tell you I felt total gross out.. It's like you can just taste the grease inside you sticking to your organs (sorry TMI) but after that, I've learned that eating cleaner is the way to go...
