I just joined the group and am very excited to have found it. I have had to eat clean for about 6 months due to come health issues. I never thought I could do it and even cried many times at the grocery store, but now I feel so much better and have a hard time eating junk. So, that is a good thing! However, I want to continue to be better at it. I'm sure there are still some things that I eat that I could cut out and improve on. I read some earlier posts from others and have already gotten some great ideas.
