Hello. I'm here! I happened to hear about The Eat-Clean Diet book while cruising around SparkPeople. I ended up buying it this week and I'm about halfway through. I really want to give it a go. I have some walls to break down such as I'm not big on fruits nor veggies, the girls I work with love to go out for lunch (and I'm too weak to say no), and I'm getting very close to 50 which means mother nature is starting to wreak havoc on my body in the form of menopause. (She first began to mess with me after I had my 3rd child.) This year I will become a Granny!
I know what I need to do and that is eat right. I must make it a habit. Besides eating clean I need to incorporate exercise into my lifestyle. I have an ultimate bowflex machine that has been sitting in my basement for several years. So tomorrow, I begin two new adventures - eating clean and bonding with my bowflex. I'm excited!
